  • Report damage/issues within 3 days
  • I do my very best to ensure sturdy, safe packaging of shipments, but in the unfortunate case of a broken or damaged good, a clear photo must be sent via email

  • Condition: Must be unused, unworn, in original packaging

  • Special orders or "make-your-own" items are final sale

  • Sale items are excluded from refund

  • First exchange, if applicable, is free; you pay for return shipping and subsequent exchange delivery.
